Happy 2nd Birthday Leilani!

20th December 2007.

Leilani's 2 years old today. Wow...time flies and she's already two!

Last weekend we had a small party to celebrate in advance her birthday. This time round she seemed more aware of her surroundings as compared to her first year party, as she interacted more with the kids and even tried participating in the 'Pin the tail on the donkey' game, even though she didn't quite understand the whole concept of the game. Looking forward to more birthdays!

This coming Friday, we'll be heading off to Langkawi for a brief getaway. It'll be my first holiday outing (balik Kampung for Raya tak kira!) with the in-laws. Plus this time it'll be grand as Harris, my bro in-law is back from Scotland after 2 years and his Irish girlfriend is also here too!

Workwise, it has been quite a drag, as due to some internal movements, and some requirements for staff to clear leave, we have been working on a 12 hour shift almost everyday! A bit of challenge, but I have proudly persevered and 'survived'. But the good news is, therell be a 2 months bonus this year. Hopefully next year would be a better year.
